The late LeRoy Neiman was the rare artist who truly captured the essence of sport. This wondrous 1973 “Red Goal” framed serigraph has a big pencil Neiman signature along with the “89/300” limited-edition notation. Red Wings forward Henry Boucha is depicted wearing his unmistakable headband as he celebrates a Detroit goal, as interpreted by Neiman, who died in 2012 and left an incredible legacy of sports artwork that include his interpretations of icons such as Wayne Gretzky and Muhammad Ali . The serigraph displays to approximately 20 3/4" x 24 1/4" as displayed in a black matte and mounted in an elaborate 37” x 33” frame. Comes with an LOA.
