Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2019
From the latter half of his illustrious Hall of Fame career in the early-1980s when he was still posting impressive numbers including scoring over seventy points in each of the first four seasons of the decade, we have a twice-signed stick used by three-time Art Ross Trophy winner Guy Lafleur. A Sher-Wood PMP 5030 model, “Lafleur” (partially tape-covered) and “10” are stamped over the upper shaft, with Guy’s original black blade tape and white over the handle and knob intact. With the shaft darkened and the original striping accent present, the stick exhibits light to moderate use, with wear to the taped section of blade including the underside, with The Flower adding ballpoint signatures over each side of the shaft along with a single personalization.
