Enjoying a lengthy career with both Columbus and the Rangers, Rick Nash has also represented Team Canada on several occasions, with appearances at six NHL All-Star Games. From his third best-on-best showcase, we have a signed Western Conference jersey worn by the Brampton native during the second period of the 2008 NHL All-Star Game. A CCM label with “56” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with the Western Conference team crest in blue over grey tackle twill, “61” appears over the front, sleeves and verso in matching material, with the All-Star Game patch over the left shoulder and a Blue Jackets crest over the right. A small embroidered NHLPA crest has also been placed just above the reverse hem, with “2” handwritten over the fight strap to denote second period use. A MeiGray patch has been placed on the inside hem, with a matching LOA to accompany.
With just light use exhibited, Nash has added an attractive black marker signature between the reverse numbers, and it displays well. The MeiGray patch is numbered “E09931”, and according to their population report, the jersey is a "White - Western Conference All-Star 1/27/08 (Period 2) - NHL Set" example.
