Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
Originating from the Red Berenson collection and accompanied by his signed LOA, we have a Team Canada alternate captain’s jersey that was worn by Jason Botterill at the 1996 IIHF World Junior Championships. A sewn-down Pro Wear label and size “54” fly tag grace the collar, with a Bauer logo over the right breast. Styled with a thick Hockey Canada team crest, the V-neck sweater has been accented with white tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers with black trim, with “Botterill” across the bunched-up nameplate in single white twill. With just a few faint marks over each sleeve, the jersey remains in wonderful condition.
