Bobby Orr and the Big, Bad Bruins brought the Stanley Cup to Boston for the second time in three seasons in 1971-72. Orr became the first player to win the Conn Smythe Trophy for the second time after leading the Bruins to a six-game win over the Rangers in the Stanley Cup final. Bobby placed a big bold black marker autograph in the middle of the “4” on the back of his framed Bruins jersey, a spectacular Mitchell & Ness NHL Vintage Hockey creation with a “1971-1972 Bobby Orr” patch sewn inside the left rear tail, which has been folded up for display. Comes with a Great North Road COA with registry number 51570 on its hologram sticker, which matches the one affixed to the signed jersey number.
The Orr signed jersey is displayed under glass recessed on a black background in a substantial frame that measures 41 1/2" x 31 1/2" and is 3” deep.
