Ottawa Senators great Daniel Alfredsson signed in silver paint pen on the left “1” on the back of his World All-Stars game-worn jersey from the 1998 All-Star Game in Vancouver. Patch with NHL inventory number “KVS073” sewn directly onto the fight strap denotes that this garment is one of five issued to Alfredsson for either the official photo shoot, pre-game warm-up or for use in one of the three periods of the 1998 ASG, an 8-7 win for the North American All-Stars on Jan. 18. The jersey, which has a few small marks, has a Swedish flag patch on the right breast, Senators patch on the left shoulder, and 1998 ASG patch on the right shoulder. CCM and size 56 flag tags sit in the back of the neck.
CCM, NHLPA and NHL logos are embroidered onto the right rear hem. There are small marks on the upper left breast and just below the left side of the NHL crest on the right front. There are a few small reddish-brown stains on the upper right breast near the top left corner of the Swedish flag patch, and a small reddish-brown stain on the left front near the left sleeve seam.
