A veteran of 760 games played in the NHL after being selected first overall by the Quebec Nordiques at the 1991 NHL Entry Draft, Eric Lindros, already a household name by the time he turned pro, Lindros would form one third of the powerful "Legion of Doom" line and help the Oshawa Generals to a Memorial Cup championship in 1990. Having skated for the likes of Philadelphia, New York, Toronto and Dallas while also having represented Team Canada on numerous occasions, Lindros would help his country to gold at both the 1991 Canada Cup and 2002 Winter Olympic Games. Hailing from the 1993-94 season in which he would post forty-four (44) goals and ninety-seven (97) points, offered here is this jersey worn by Lindros during the campaign. Made by CCM, size "56" and brand/washing instructions labels are affixed to the inner collar while the logos of both CCM and the NHL have been embroidered into the reverse hem. Decorated over the front of the jersey with a Flyers team crest that has been administered in layered tackle twill style, the distinguished alternate captain's "A" has been added atop of the left breast. Styled over the sleeves and verso with Lindros' number "88" in dual layer tackle twill numerals, "Lindros" has been spelt out in single layer black twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the reverse. Retaining its fight strap on the interior and signed behind the team crest by both Lindros and Flyers trainer, Jim Evers, in black marker, “93-94” is penned underneath the autographs in matching ink with some of it bleeding through to the tackle twill layers of the crest. Displaying light but clear signs of game-wear including a large tears to the back of the collar sustained during a fight, stick marks are found over the front, left shoulder and inside of the left sleeve while additional wear is found via board burns over both sleeves, very light salting in the fight strap, a small unrepaired cut over the left sleeve, pilling on the outside of the right sleeve and light pilling on the interior, the jersey hails from Lindros' personal collection and is accompanied by his signed LOA.
