Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
Two of the modern game’s greatest blueliners, Paul Coffey and Ray Bourque both spent 20 plus seasons competing at the highest level, with well deserved Stanley Cups won by each. We have a pair of sticks offered, with an example used by each. Both matching Sher-Wood PMP 7030 models in solid black with white accents, each has the respective user’s name appearing in factory graphics along with their number, with NHL striping stickers on the lower shafts. The Coffey retains it’s original tape on the blade and handle, while the Bourque example sports just the handle tape, as the tape has been removed from the blade so that Ray could add a beautiful black marker signature. With nice use exhibited on each stick, they both are ready for a new and appreciative home.
