Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
Playing in the Czechoslovak Extraliga for HC Pardubice, Bohuslav Stastny also represented his native Czechoslovakia on many occasions internationally, including the Winter Olympics in both 1972 and 1976, along with the Canada Cup in 1976. We have a jersey worn by the Chotebor native in the 1976 Canada Cup. Cotton jersey of the era has everything sewn-on, including the attractive team crest and the tri-color drop-shadow sleeve and reverse numbers and letters. All original with a wool collar and intact tie-neck, there is fairly heavy staining/soiling to note. Originally obtained from Bohuslav Stastny, this vintage sweater is a remarkable piece of international hockey memorabilia!
