The Tom Cheek and Blue Jays 30th Season 1977-2006 patches are sewn on the sleeves of righthanded pitcher Jason Frasor’s signed 2006 Toronto Blue Jays game-worn jersey. The round black patch with Cheek’s “TC” initials and an announcer’s microphone embroidered in white thread is sewn on the left sleeve above the Majestic logo in honor of the longtime Blue Jays play-by-play, who died of cancer on October 9, 2005. Frasor went 3-2 with a 4.32 ERA in 51 relief appearances in his third season with Toronto. His game-worn white home jersey has Majestic MLB Authentic Collection tagging on the right front tail and a “54 06 S1” patch sewn inside the back of the collar. Frasor signed in black marker on the left side of the “4” sewn on the back. There are soiling stains around the collar, likely from sweat and dirt, as well as some spots of reddish-brown stains on the back around the numbers, on the back of the upper left sleeve, and on the left rear tail.
