Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
Featuring a pair of Hall of Famers who donned the sacred CH, one more prominently than the other, we have a jersey signed by legendary Habs star Guy Lafleur, along with a stick used by superstar defenceman Chris Chelios during his time in Chicago. The jersey is a CCM Vintage model, with the classic Habs team crest in embroidered felt, with tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers. Guy has signed at the top of the “0” on verso adding “Stanley Cup 1977” below, with some bleeding to the signature. The Chelios stick is a Sher-Wood PMPX 9950 model with “Chris Chelios 7” factory graphics along with the original tape on the knob. The tape has been removed from the blade so that Chelios could add a large and flowing black marker signature across the front side of the blade. The stick shows nice use, with some wear to the blade and lower shaft. A small plaque has also been affixed stating “Chris Chelios Official Game Stick 1996”. A COA for the Lafleur jersey will accompany.
