Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017

Inducted into Canada's Walk of Fame in 2004, Mario Lemieux is currently the only player in history to have his name engraved on Lord Stanley’s hardware as both a player and owner. This vintage-style Pittsburgh Penguins jersey has been signed by the HOF legend. A nylon/cotton CCM number with Sandow tagging along the collar, the V-neck jersey features a partially embroidered team crest, with “66” on the sleeves and verso in tackle twill. Lemieux has added a gorgeous black marker signature to the second “6” on verso, and the signature displays especially well. With no issues to note regarding the jersey itself, it remains in beautiful condition, ready for a new and appreciative home.
