Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
From his NHL rookie season and first of two in Georgia, we have an Atlanta Thrashers jersey worn by winger Evander Kane in 2009-10. CCM size tagging is affixed just beneath the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with an attractive and multi-coloured Thrashers team crest, the white V-neck has been embellished with tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with matching alternate crests over each shoulder. A MeiGray patch numbered G08506 sits on the inside hem, and according to their population report, the jersey is a "White Set 1" example. Kane would complete his inaugural NHL season with 26 points in 66 games.
A few stick marks are visible along the front, with board burns over each sleeve including a few small resulting holes on the left sleeve. There is also a team repair near the left elbow.
