Forever remembered as the ultimate clash for world hockey supremacy, the Summit-Series in 1972 marked the first major battle between Eastern and Western hockey powers, with the best Canadian and Russian hockey players each respective country had to offer. This 1972 Team Canada photo features the full team, with all players listed below, along with a Summit Series sticker affixed along the bottom right. 30 have signed in blue felt tip marker, including Dionne, Park, Lapointe, Glennie, Savard, Espo bros, Seiling, Redmond, Gilbert, White, Clarke, Perreault, Tallon, Berenson, Johnston, Hadfield, Hull, Mikita, Cashman, Mahovlich Bros, Awrey, Parise, Henderson, Cournoyer, Ferguson and a few others.
The signatures display especially well, while the photo exhibits a small minor crease along with touches to a few corners. A hologram from AJ Sportsworld has also been affixed along the lower right.
