Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017

An AHCA East All-American each season he tended the net for Ivy League contender Cornell, Ken Dryden went an amazing 76-4-1 during his time in Ithaca. Presented, we have a rare pre-NHL game-used Ken Dryden goal stick, hailing from his time with either the Big Red or while playing for Team Canada. A Sher-Wood Senior Pro model, “Dryden” appears stamped-on, with a lie of “14” added above. The stick retains its original white tape on the blade and knob, with nice use exhibited including wear to the taped section of blade along with additional wear to the underside of the blade near the heel section. Solid and crack free, any and all early Dryden items are nearly impossible to locate, with this stick highly desirable and atop that short list.
