Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
From his final season with Dallas in 2006-07 and hailing from his personal collection, we have a pair of gloves worn by Eric Lindros along with a trio of sticks that were used during his very last NHL appearance, Game 7 of the 2007 Western Conference Quarterfinals on April 23, 2007. All matching Bauer One90 models with “Lindros” factory graphics, each stick retains it’s tape on the blades (except one) and handles, with two examples having handwritten notations on the upper shafts, with “88 A” on one stick, “88 B” on another. Eric has signed the toe sections on each in silver paint pen, and the signatures display well. The gloves are Bauer models in solid black with “Stars” embroidered onto each cuff. A signed LOA from Eric Lindros will accompany.
Each of the offered sticks show nice use, with wear to the taped sections on the blades along with a few abrasions to the lower shafts. The gloves also exhibit good use, with wear to the back of the fingers on each glove, along with heavy wear to each palm. There are also rips along the right glove’s index finger, with a large hole over the palm of the left glove.
Game 7 of the 2007 Western Conference Quarterfinals took place at General Motors Place on April 23, 2007 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Canucks won the match 4-1, winning the series 4 games to 3.
