Signatures abound in this appetizing collection of 43 items, all hailing from the personal collection of HOF superstar Eric Lindros. We have a group of signed limited-edition lithographs totaling 28 by noted artist John Newby titled “Tripped Up”, followed by a dozen signed oversized New York Rangers team photos/cards. There is also a signed poster of Lindros featuring the icon during his time with the Flyers, along with a pair of signed “Positively for Kids” series books entitled “Eric Lindros – Pursue Your Goals”. A signed LOA from Lindros will accompany these desirable items.
The breakdown for each of the offered items is as follows: 1) 28 signed “Tripped Up” John Newby lithographs. At roughly 17 ¼” x 22”, each litho features an attractive image of a youthful Eric tripped up, as the referee points at the perpetrator and makes the call. Lindros has signed each near his image in ink, with the artist also signing each along the bottom right in pencil. Each has been hand-numbered, with the complete series numbered to 888. Included are 650/888, 651/888, 652/888, 653/888, 654/888, 655/888, 656/888, 657/888, 658/888, 659/888, 660/888, 661/888, 666/888, 668/888, 669/888, 670/888, 671/888, 672/888, 673/888, 674/888, 675/888, 676/888, 677/888, 678/888, 679/888, 680/888, 681/888 and 682/888. The majority remain in beautiful condition, with expected handling wear present which may include the odd crease, indentation of corner ding. 2) Eric Lindros signed Norman James/NHLPA poster. Eric is pictured in game action in his full Flyers uniform, with stats listed along the left hand side. Eric has signed to the left of his image near the top section in marker, and the signature displays well. A few small creases along with edge wear is present on the poster, as it is currently rolled. 3) 12 New York Rangers signed Eric Lindros photos/cards. At roughly 6” x 10”, each appears as an oversized card, with statistics on the reverse. Hailing from his first season in Manhattan, each has been signed by Eric, with 3 signed in blue sharpie, 4 in black and 5 in silver. One has also been personalized “To Mike”. With just corner wear, each remains in excellent condition. 4) 2 signed Pursue Your Goals books. With dust jackets intact, the roughly 8 ½” x 10 ½” hardcovers are packed with vintage Lindros photos, with each signed on the front page, with “All the Best” added to one example. Both feature just light handling wear, with an edge tear along the bottom cover on one.
