Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017

A two-time Hart Trophy winner, HOF goalie Dominik Hasek would do whatever it took to stop the puck. The Dominator’s 2001-02 Red Wings Louisville TPS game-used stick from his Stanley Cup season retains Dom’s original tape jobs on the blade and the knob, the latter with its very distinctive look. Hasek, who led the Czech Republic to an Olympic gold medal in 1998, went 41-15-8 with five shutouts, a 2.17 goals-against-average and a .915 save percentage in 2001-02. Solid game use with pucks marks on the taped blade and paddle. “Hasek” appears in red factory graphics on the shaft, just above the handle, and code “2071 D” is stamped low on the back of the shaft.
