This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
Featuring the beloved Los Angeles Dodgers, we have a great group of game-worn items totaling 7, ranging from roughly 1969 to 1999. Included we have a game-worn Dodgers jersey and batting helmet, along with four pairs of uniform pants. There is also a Dodgers team jacket along with a pair of Dodgers stirrups. 1) Jeff Shaw’s 1999 LA Dodgers game-worn and signed road jersey. Russell labeling sits affixed to the inside front tail along with a “1999” date swatch. Featuring “Los Angeles” across the chest in tackle twill, there is also an additional Dodgers crest over the right sleeve and Don Drysdale “53” patch over the left. Shaw has signed beneath the “41” on the lower front, and the signature displays well. 2) Devon White’s LA Dodgers game-worn helmet. An ABC model with intact padding, an “LA” monogram decal sits over the front, with “22” on the brim. The reverse has an MLB sticker affixed, with great use shown, with a number of marks, scratches and abrasions present. 3) Orel Hershiser’s LA Dodgers signed team jacket. A Goodman & Sons label is affixed to the collar, with all identifiers in tackle twill including “Hershiser" across the upper reverse. Orel has signed on the front beneath the team crest, and the signature displays especially well. 4-7) 4 pairs of LA Dodgers game-worn uniform pants. We have examples worn by Bill Singer in 1969, Tommy Lasorda in 1986 and Ken Landreux in 1987, along with a pair from the 1950s. Each feature proper tagging along the waistbands, with the 1950s example made by Wilson. Team repairs are present on the older two pair, with some light staining also present. 8) LA Dodgers game-worn stirrups. In solid blue, each exhibit staining and show nice use. COAs will accompany the Shaw jersey and 1950s pants, along with a LOA for the Hershiser jacket.
