Some desirable game-worn uniform items are available in this lot, all from the Minnesota Twins. We have a game-worn jersey, jacket, cleats, stirrups, a pair of t-shirts (including a signed example) and 4 pairs of game-worn uniform pants. The breakdown for each of the offered items is as follows. 1) Atlanta Braves jersey worn by J.C. Romero. A Russell Athletics model with tagging along the lower front including 2001 date tag, with the team crest, numbers and name on nameplate all fashioned from dual-colour tackle twill. The American League “100 seasons” anniversary patch resides over the right sleeve, with the jersey remaining in beautiful condition. 2) Minnesota Twins jacket worn by Bobby Mitchell. Hailing from 1982, tagging from Butwin remains affixed to the collar, with “42?” handwritten. The team crest has been administered in dual-layer tackle twill, with the solid navy jacket remaining in wonderful condition, with just expected wear from use. 3) Chuck Knoblauch game-worn cleats. Originating from his time with the Twins (1991-97), the cleats are Reebok models in solid black with white accents. “11” appears embroidered over each tongue, with light use exhibited. Knoblauch has signed each along the side in silver paint pen, with the signatures displaying well. 4) Twins road pants worn by Sam Mele. Flannel with no makers labels, a date and size swatch of “Mele 40 14 25 67” sits affixed to the waistband, with nice use exhibited including some very light and faint dirt staining along the lower pant legs. 5) Twins home pants. White with blue and red striping accents, Wilson tagging is affixed to the waistband, with “2” and “4 Kub” handwritten below. Hailing from the late-1970s, the pants remain in very good condition, with some light dirt staining at the knees, along with a large team repair on the right leg. 6) Twins home pants worn by Tom Brunansky in 1987. Rawlings tagging sits along the waistband with a second date and set swatch with “24 87 1 27”, along with “Set 1 1987”. “Newman” has also been handwritten along the waistband, possibly for use by Al Newman. Great use is exhibited, with heavy dirt staining from top to bottom. 7) Twins road pants worn by Jerry Terrell in 1986. Used in an oldtimers contest, Wilson tagging is present along with an “86 26” swatch, with “Terrell” handwritten along the waistband. With very little wear present, the pants remain in beautiful condition. 8) Twins t-shirt worn and signed by Cristian Guzman. XL in size with a Majestic label along the lower front, “Minnesota Twins” along with a team logo appear screened-on, with Guzman signing just above in silver marker, with just a slight amount of fading taking place, while the shirt itself remains in very good condition. 9) Twins undershirt worn by Wally Backman. A Rawlings model with tagging along the collar including handwritten “2”, with a second screened-on logo over the left breast. The shirt shows wear and remains in very good condition. 10) Twins stirrups. In solid navy, each features an embroidered Twins logo, with each showing use. COAs will accompany the Twins jacket worn by Bobby Mitchell and the uniform pants worn by Sam Mele.
