Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
A Detroit Tigers fifth round draft choice in 1976, pitcher Jack Morris is a four-time World Series champion, including back to back victories with the Toronto Blue Jays in 1992 and 1993. We have a Blue Jays jersey worn by the Minnesota native in 1992, his first year with the club. Wilson size tagging is affixed to the collar with a date/set swatch of “47 92 1”, along with a “3-inch x-length” tag. Styled with “Toronto” arching across the chest in dual-colour tackle twill with a partially embroidered Blue Jay crest over the left breast, the grey button-up has been accented with “47” on verso in matching material. With no unsightly wear or marks, the garment remains in beautiful condition. A COA from the Blue Jays will accompany.
