Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
A 1981 draft choice of the Edmonton Oilers, Marc Habscheid played in parts of 10 NHL seasons, dressing for Minnesota, Calgary, Detroit and Edmonton. This Oilers jersey was worn by the Swift Current native in 1984-85, a Stanley Cup championship season! Nike size tagging is affixed to the collar, with an additional Nike rubberized crest over the back bottom hem. Styled with the famous oil-drop team crest in tackle twill, the garment has been accented with tri-colour sleeve and verso numbers, with “Habscheid” across the nameplate. Habscheid played in 26 games for the Oilers in 1984-85, seeing no playoff action. An LOA from the Oilers will accompany, along with a COR from MeiGray.
With just a few marks present on the collar and over each sleeve, the jersey remains in gorgeous condition.
