Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
A product of Bowling Green, Mike Johnson saw NHL action in a dozen seasons, with time spent in Tampa Bay, Phoenix, St. Louis, Toronto and Montreal. This Canadiens jersey was worn by the Scarborough native in 2006-07. Size tagging is visible along the collar with handwritten “1”, with NHL and Reebok crests on the bottom hem and back neckline respectively. Featuring the most recognizable team crest in hockey, the red “Home Set 1” jersey has been embellished with dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers. Game-wear is light on the sweater, with just a few random marks present on the team crest. A MeiGray patch numbered D00333 sits on the inside hem, with a matching LOA to accompany.
