Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
From his last of six seasons spent in Quebec with Montreal, we have a Canadiens alternate captain’s jersey worn by defenceman Sheldon Souray in 2006-07. CCM size tagging sits along the collar with handwritten “2”, with NHL and Reebok crests on the bottom hem and back neckline respectively. Featuring the sacred and partially embroidered CH team crest, the “White Vintage Set 2” jersey has been accented with attractive tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers. The sleeves have also been customized, with Velcro added just above the cuffs. Game-wear is light on the garment, with just a few random marks present including traces of red goal-post paint transfer on the upper and lower left sleeve. A MeiGray patch numbered D00587 sits on the inside hem, with a matching LOA to accompany.
