Going the full seven games which would include a pair that needed to be settled in overtime, the 2003 Stanley Cup Finals witnessed the New Jersey Devils making their fourth Cup appearance in less than a decade, taking on an Anaheim squad that was making their first attempt at Lord Stanley’s hardware. The Devils would prevail, shutting out the Ducks in the seventh and final game. From the New Jersey Devils’ third Stanley Cup victory in 2002-03, we have an absolutely stunning 14K gold ring that was presented to an administrative employee. Size 12 with an approx. weight of 53 grams, an embossed Devils logo sits within the center, with a bed of zirconias encompassing the background. “Stanley Cup” appears above, with “Champions” below, with the inner band stamped both "Intergold 14K" and "June 9 2003". The left shank features “Davis” with “Adm” for administration, with the date along with a small NHL logo, while the opposite side features “New Jersey Devils” above, along with images of three Cups symbolizing all three of their championships.
Regarding condition, scratches, marks and abrasions are visible along the inner and outer band, with some additional wear around edges. There is also some wear/tarnishing to the main Devils logo centered on the tableau.
