Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
From their first of consecutive World Series victories, we have a bat signed by the world champion 1992 Toronto Blue Jays. A Rawlings Professional Model Big Stick at 33 ¾”, approx. 35 have signed along the barrel in blue marker, including HOFers Roberto Alomar, Dave Winfield, Paul Molitor and Pat Gillick. All signatures remain as vibrant as the day they were first penned, while the blonde bat remains in gorgeous condition, ideal for display. The Jays would first eliminate the Oakland A’s in six games in the American League Championship Series before defeating the Atlanta Braves to become the first team based outside of the US to win the World Series. A sticker from JSA numbered Z05333 has been affixed to the knob, with a matching LOA to accompany.
Additional Blue jays members who have signed this high grade bat include Gaston, Cisco, White, Carter, Stewart, Fernandez, Key, Morris, Olerud, White and others.
