Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
Featuring both current and past members of the Los Angeles Kings, we have game-used sticks from Jeremy Roenick and Marian Gaborik, with both examples signed. The Roenick stick is an Easton Stealth model, and it originates from his time with the San Jose Sharks circa 2007-09, with his nickname “Styles” on the upper shaft in factory graphics along with “27”. The tape has been removed from both the blade and handle/knob, with just light use exhibited which includes marks and abrasions to the lower shaft. Jeremy has signed across the blade with a large and flowing silver paint pen signature, along with “All the best!!” The Gaborik stick is also an Easton, with this example a “Stealth Therma Tec” model with “Gaborik” appearing on the upper shaft in factory graphics. The stick saw use in the mid-2000s with the Wild, and it retains its original tape on both the blade and handle, with light use exhibited which includes wear to the taped section of blade. Marian has added a silver marker signature across the taped section of blade, and it displays well, with just a little fading into the dark background.
