Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017

Top o’ the morning to the winning bidder of this sensational Erik Karlsson lot! The Swedish superstar got his Irish on when he and the rest of the Ottawa Senators wore St. Patrick’s Day-themed jerseys during the pregame warm-up skate prior to playing the Philadelphia Flyers at Canadian Tire Centre on March 15, 2015. Karlsson signed his vibrant green warm-up-worn captain’s jersey, which has shamrock patches on the shoulders, Reebok size 56 tagging on the front tail, a size 56 flag tag in the neck, and a team patch sewn onto the fight strap. Also included is Karlsson’s signed early-2010s stick that has his original tape job with an “E2 WSH” annotation on the knob.
Karlsson has signed in black marker across the top of the white twill portion of the “5” in the white on dark green double-twill #65 on the back of his awesome St. Pat’s warm-up jersey. “Ottawa Senators Hockey Club Game Worn Jersey Registration” reads the patch sewn onto the fight strap, which also has a holofoil sticker applied to it with a registration number.
Karlsson’s Easton S19 game-used stick with “Karlsson” and “65” factory graphics on the shaft had his tape job removed from the blade to apply his signature.
