Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017

A 90-point man twice thus far in his career, Jason Speeza is only the third player in history to make his debut with Team Canada at the World Juniors as a 16 year old. We have two pairs of signed and game-worn gloves from the superstar, including a set worn in the 2012 NHL All-Star Game. Both Warrior models with screened-on identifiers, “Speeza” appears embroidered onto each cuff, along with “19”. The All-Star Game pair are solid white with burgundy accents, with “NHL All-Star Game January 29, 2012 Ottawa, Ontario” embroidered onto each just above the thumb guard, along with full colour “2012 All-Star Game” graphics placed within the interior. With no discernible wear visible, the gloves remain in absolutely gorgeous condition. Speeza has signed the left glove in black just above the thumb guard, while the right hand glove has been signed across the wrist guard in silver. The second pair are solid black with red accents, with moderate wear exhibited, especially to the palm sections. Speeza has signed each in silver near his embroidered number, with each signature blending into the darker material somewhat.
