Acquired in the 1967 NHL Expansion Draft by Philadelphia, Gary Dornhoefer would spend 11 seasons in the city of Brotherly Love, retiring as the team’s all-time leading scorer after Bobby Clarke. This Clarence Campbell Bowl was presented to the Kitchener native for the Flyers status as Western Division Champions in 1976-77. Standing 11” in height, a miniature plated Campbell trophy sits atop a finished 3” hexagonal wooden base. With chased features on the lid and bottom, engraved text proclaims “Philadelphia Flyers Gary Dornhoefer”, while the back has “Clarence S. Campbell Bowl 1977”. In excellent condition, there is some tarnishing in spots, as well as some surface loss on a few edges along with on the handles and finial.
