Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/15/2016
From Canada’s first MLB team, we have a pair of Expos jerseys worn by Mike Lansing (1993) and Brad Fullmer (1997). Both garments have tagging on the lower front from Russell Athletics, along with a 1993 date patch on the Lansing example. Styled with tackle twill team crests, letters and numbers, the Fullmer jersey also sports the Jackie Robinson 50th anniversary patch on the right sleeve, while the Lansing has the Expos 25th anniversary crest affixed to the left sleeve. Fullmer has also added a nice and dark sharpie signature to the back “4”, and it displays well against the red background.
Just light game-use is exhibited on the jerseys, with some light staining near the middle of the left side seam, along with some loose threading around the armpit area of the Fullmer jersey. There is also some fading to the blue knit striping bands on both sleeves of the Lansing jersey.
