Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/15/2016
Originally a product of the OHL, Peter Holland first debuted with Anaheim, and is now in his third season in Toronto. This Maple Leafs “Set 3” jersey was game-worn by Holland in 2014-15. With proper size tagging affixed to the collar, there are also NHL and Reebok patches on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring a gorgeous and classic team crest along with tackle twill numbers and name-on-nameplate, there are also matching vintage-style maple leafs that sit over both shoulders. Visible game-use includes just a single board burn on the left sleeve, along with two small holes between the striping bands on the right sleeve, most likely from additional board burns. We should also note that the team patch sits on the inside hem. Also included in this lot is a pair of Leafs game-used socks from an unidentified player. Made by Reebok, each sock shows nice use, with dark marks scattered throughout. The jersey’s original point of sale tag from the Leafs team store is included, along with team COA’s for both the jersey and socks.
