This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/15/2016
This lot features a pair of game-worn jerseys, with a UHL example for the Utica Blizzard from the mid-1990s, along with an IHL Detroit Vipers jersey worn by Oleg Shargorodsky in 1994-95. The Blizzard jersey has Projoy size tagging in collar, with an “Alt’s” crest on the back bottom hem. Styled with tackle twill numbers and letters, the mesh v-neck sweater also sports matching “Blizzard” patches over both shoulders. With evidence of a former nameplate, the jersey shows board burns on both sleeves along with a few small holes/tears on the upper left sleeve. The Vipers jersey worn by Shargorodsky in the inaugural season of 1994-95 has Bauer ProWear tagging sewn down to the collar from the back nameplate, along with Bauer and IHL patches on the back bottom hem. Featuring a gorgeous chenille team crest, the jersey also sports matching viper patches over both shoulders, as well as the IHL 50th anniversary patch over the right breast. With the nameplate in two sections, there is evidence showing of a former nameplate. The jersey shows nice game-use with dark marks on the lower front along with a few board burns on both sleeves with small resulting holes on the left. Shargorodsky played for the Vipers in 1994-95, 1995-96 and 1996-97.
