With sixteen seasons played in the NHL shared amongst Boston, Pittsburgh and LA, Glen Murray was originally a first round draft pick of the Bruins in 1991. This Boston Bruins jersey was worn by Murray in the 2002 Playoffs. With just a small size 58 tag in collar, the jersey also has NHL and Reebok crests on the bottom hem and back neckline respectively. Styled with the classic spoked “B” team crest along with tackle twill numbers, there are also attractive matching bruin patches over both shoulders. The team stamp has been placed over the backside of the Bruins crest, and it states that this garment is a “2001-2002 Playoff Set” example. Game-wear includes a number of small dark marks on the lower front striping bands and sleeves, along with board burns around each elbow area. There is also a small slit/tear on the left sleeve. Murray has signed the jersey in the middle of the back “2” in marker, and the signature presents well, with just the slightest hint of bleeding.
