Featuring the New York Islanders, we have four different game-worn helmets along with a pair of game-used gloves. 1) Bauer/Cooper helmet worn by Ziggy Palffy circa 1996-97. Solid blue with all padding and strapping intact, with matching Islanders decals on both sides along with an NHL decal on the back bottom right. Additional stickers have been added along the sides to cover up the Bauer identifiers, with “16” on the back center. Great use is visible, with surface wear along with marks and abrasions. 2) Itech helmet worn by Mariusz Czerkawski circa 2000-01. With visor intact, the helmet features matching Islanders decals on both sides along with an NHL decal on the back bottom right. Additional stickers have been added along the sides to cover up the Itech identifiers, with “21” on the back center. Great use is visible, with surface wear along with marks and abrasions. 3) Itech helmet worn by Kenny Jonsson circa 2001-02. Solid white with all padding and strapping intact including visor, with matching Islanders decals on both sides along with an NHL decal on the back bottom right. “29” decals have been placed on the center back, with moderate use showing including abrasions and some chipping to the surface. A pair of Bauer gloves worn by Jonsson are also included, with “Jonsson” appearing on the cuffs in factory graphics. Heavy use is showing with surface wear and heavy rubbing to parts of the leather, especially along edges. 4) Bauer helmet worn by Trevor Linden circa mid-1990s. Solid white with all padding and strapping intact, with both Cooper screened-on, along with Bauer decals placed on later. “16” appears on the back along with a pair of Team Canada logos, with “16” also handwritten along the back bottom of the interior. A sticker with “Linden” remains affixed to the interior, with nice overall use showing on the helmet. This helmet was most likely worn in the World Championships.
