Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
Representing the United States internationally at the World Juniors, World Championships and Winter Olympics, Scott Lachance was drafted 4th overall by the New York Islanders in 1991 and spent his first eight seasons on Long Island. From his inaugural season in Montreal after being traded from New York, we have a Canadiens jersey issued to the Virginia native in 1998-99. Starter Center Ice labeling along with a “56” size tag are affixed to the collar, with Starter and NHL crests over the reverse hem. Styled with the most famous team crest in hockey, “20” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with “Lachance” across the affixed nameplate in single blue twill. Game-issued, the jersey does sport a few small and minor pen marks over the upper left sleeve just above the number. An LOA from the Montreal Canadiens will accompany.
