Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
Playing his junior career in the OHL with North Bay, Brad Brown was drafted by Montreal in 1994 and saw action in parts of two seasons with the Habs before seasons with Chicago, Minnesota and others. This Canadiens jersey was issued to Brown for the 1998-99 NHL season. Featuring Starter Center Ice labeling affixed to the collar, the jersey measures-out to roughly a size 58. Styled with the most famous team crest in hockey, “32” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with “Brown” across the affixed nameplate in single blue twill. Issued but never worn, the jersey remains in gorgeous new condition, with just a bit of minor staining to the bottom of the hem that does not appear to originate from game use. An LOA from the Montreal Canadiens will accompany.
