Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/4/2014
Cool junior gamers offered, beginning with Vancouver Canucks draftee Alexandre Vincent’s 2005 CHL Top Prospects jersey he wore when he was also a member of the Chicoutimi Sagueneens of the QMJHL. The Top Prospect game showcased 40 of the CHL’s top players that were eligible for selection in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. Tagged in the collar as a “Reebok CHL” with “goalie style” and size “58” flaps, this gamer has nice marks showing on both sleeves, the back, and on the team crest. All patches and numbers are sewn on, including the “LHJMQ” patch on the right breast. Comes with an LOA signed by a representative of the CHL. Also offered is a WHL Kelowna Rockets gamer worn by winger Tyler Prosofsky in the mid-1990s when Prosofsky was a two-year member of the Rockets before heading to minor pro. Tagged in the collar as a “Maska”, with a nearby size “56” flap, this gamer shows slight wear on the team crest, a nice scattering of game marks throughout, along with puckering on the back number “7”. We also see a series of board burns, paint transfer, and a number of small, unrepaired holes, plus evidence of a former nameplate.
