This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/4/2014
The NHL would kick off the 2007-08 campaign across the pond in London, England, which was the first NHL regular season games ever played in Europe, with the gala event featuring 2 teams normally only a short freeway drive between each other, the L.A. Kings and Anaheim Ducks. Staged at London’s O2 arena on September 29th and 30th, the teams would split with both winning 4-1, and offered is LA Kings d-man Jaroslav Modry’s game worn jersey from these historic games when the Kings would suit up in both wearing their black uniforms. Tagged in the collar with a size “60” flap, the collar of this gamer also includes a “Los Angeles Kings 2007-08 Game Jersey” patch with registration numbers matching the accompanying team LOA. The jersey, which has a team store tag affixed as well, shows light game wear with faint board burns noticeable on the sleeves.
