Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/4/2014
Well-known for his coaching career which included Stanley Cup championships in Toronto (‘31-32) and Montreal (3), Dick Irvin was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame for his on-ice exploits which included high scoring totals at the senior and pro levels. A postcard depicting him in both his Portland Rosebuds and Chicago Black Hawks uniforms (he was Chicago’s first captain) is matched up here with a pencil signature on a lined note page/index card measuring approximately 1 ½’ x 3”. Nicely matted and framed, this tasteful display will fit nicely on your Hall of Fame autograph wall.
