Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2014

Originally from the Maurice Richard Collection are 2 of his vintage jackets with wide lapels that definitely gave him 2 minutes for looking so good. First, a dark blue with blue pinstripes affair, with the inside pocket having a "Tony The Tailor Montreal" patch sewn on, while inside the pocket is a tag with a handwritten "8386, M. Richard, Jan. 74". (To note - found in an inside pocket is a credit card receipt signed by Maurice Richard, along with a pack of matches!). The other jacket, a charcoal number, has a "Sabrill Montreal" patch on the inside pocket while inside is a tag reading as "M. Richard 19-10-88". Both jackets remain in splendid condition, albeit slightly out of date from a fashion point of view. No matter, the Rocket wore these when he out lookin' good. How great is that!
