From renowned artist Robert W. Pelkowski, a Blackhawks artist and cartoonist in the 1960s-'80s, comes this fab black and white 1968 original of Stan Mikita from Mr. Pelkowski's personal collection, and which measures a grand 10 1/2" x 27 1/2" (not including red matte). Pelkowski created 8 different action poses of HOFer Mikita that were displayed in Mikita's Village Inn Restaurant in Oak Brook Center, Illinois in the late-1960s. Awesome display piece for your Hawks den! Also included with this beautiful piece is a copy of a Hawks program page that shows an ad for Mikita's restaurant, along with a matchbook from the restaurant (with matches cut) and a small embroidered Hawks crest measuring 2 ¼” across and which features a Pelkowski drawing on the cover.
