Cam Neely’s photo-matched 1986-87 Bruins game-worn jersey with team repairs dates from the HOFer’s first season in Boston after he was acquired in a trade with Vancouver. Neely, who went on to have two 50-goal seasons with the Bruins, scored 36 goals and had 72 points during his first campaign in the Hub. This awesome Neely gamer has four areas of solid matches to two photos from that season, including the distinct pattern of black marks on the number 8 sewn on both sleeves which show in both a framed, signed 8x10 action shot, and a laminated 11” x 8 1/2" blow up of Cam’s 1988-89 Topps hockey card, which also shows the two diagonal black marks on the lower front’s upper yellow stripe. The black mark near the elbow gusset seam on the upper stripe of the left sleeve shows in the framed signed photo. A born on date tag "86 01" and Maska tag sit in the back of the collar and there is a custom loop and Velcro-snap fight strap that has been reinforced at the base. More great game wear shows in team repairs on the sleeve, a slashing black mark through the top among others on the Hub crest on the front, black marks on the tails, with lots on the front which also has a solid team repair. Please note that this item may be subject to a silent reserve.
