The Big M travelled the world with various oldtimers hockey teams, and we have an assortment of game-used equipment from the time he would dazzle in later years, long after his HOF NHL days had ended. Jammed into a red and blue Sher-Wood canvas duffel bag with “Greatest Hockey Legends All-Stars Montreal” printed on the side, and “27 Frank Mahovlich” embroidered on the top, we have two pairs of nylon hockey pants - one a CCM Supra and the other a Sher-Wood Shertek, along with white with red stripes hockey socks, a jockstrap, a “1982 Masters of Hockey” blue game-worn jersey, a Toronto Maple Leaf “Mahovlich” jersey with name and number “27” with Frank’s signature signed on the number “7” in clear white marker. Lastly is a Molson Canadian pullover shirt from “Windswept”, tagged in the collar as a size “XL” and in excellent condition, plus Frank’s vinyl “Sport O’Keefe” garment bag with a scattering of dirt spots throughout. All in all, fine assortment of game-used oldtimers equipment from definitely one of the greatest ever.
