Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/17/2014
Nice air-knit Blues jersey worn by forward Herb Raglan who suited up with the St. Louis squad from 1985 to 1991 before moving on to the Quebec Nordiques. Raglan would eventually call it a day after a stint in the United Hockey League with Brantford in ’97-98 but before that saw NHL action with Tampa Bay and Ottawa. This Blues gamer is tagged in the collar as a Maska but with no size flap, with the jersey showing small areas of marks scattered about the front, particularly near the front hem, along with a small slice that could be considered an unrepaired hole. Marks are also noticeable on the sleeves and on the back number “25”. This jersey features the “DK” patch sewn on the left sleeve in tribute to legendary Blues broadcaster Dan Kelly who passed away in 1989 at the age of 52.
