Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/17/2014
It must have been great, that December 5th, 2006 evening at St. Louis' Scottrade Center, when Brett Hull saw his No. 16 jersey retired and his banner raised to the rafters in honor of Brett's 10+ seasons wearing the Bluenote on his chest. From that special night is Doug Weight's Blues jersey worn throughout the second period in the Blue's contest with the Detroit Red Wings, tagged in the collar as a size "56" and featuring the "Brett Hull Retirement Night" patch sewn on the right breast and Weight's alternate captain's "A" on the left. Game-wear is light with just a small mark on the right sleeve, and a number "2" is handwritten on the fight strap. On the inside hem is a MeiGray registration patch with numbers matching the accompanying LOA signed by representatives of MeiGray and the NHL.
