Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/17/2014
Important gamer from a man who would be inducted into the HOF in 2011, Doug Gilmour, with this Titan TPM4020 wielded not long after the beginning of his long and fruitful career which started in St. Louis in 1983 and which saw Killer wear number 9 from 1985 to ’88. With original black tape on the blade and white tape on the knob, this Gilmour gamer has nice game marks from top to bottom, with “D. Gilmour” stamped on the upper part of the shaft and serial number “2 7811” closer to the blade, while “9” is handwritten with black marker just below the knob. A fine game-used stick from a very fine player who collected 1414 points in 1474 games, definitely Hall of Fame-like numbers.
