Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/17/2014
Commemorating the late Pelle Lindbergh, the All-Star goalie's No. 31 is sewn on in black twill numbers above the orange and black double twill No. 19 on the left shoulder of Bo Berglund's 1985-86 Philadelphia Flyers game-worn jersey. Heavy mesh orange road gamer with a small size 50 flag tag in the neck and Eagle logo embroidered in white on the right rear tail displays evidence of a nameplate and number change. Game wear includes light marks and faint yellowish stains on the sleeves and stitiching that has let go on some of the orange piping on the sleeves. Comes with LOAs. Berglund was acquired by Philadelphia along with Dave Richter from the Minnesota North Stars in a November 29, 1985 trade for Todd Bergen and Ed Hospodar. Berglund had two assists while playing his final seven NHL games for the Flyers.
