From our consignor who was a volunteer at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics comes an amazingly beautiful Birks 2010 Olympics torch replica in its original wooden and metal box, a gorgeous, big coffee table commemorative book, a great (and unused) Swatch Olympic watch in its original plastic case, 4 different books binders used at the games by our consignor, 6 competition tickets (inc. some hockey), 2 maps, 2 photos and 2 Olympic bags. The Birks Olympic torch replica and its' wooden and metal box, with the Vancouver 2010 logo in the corner, remains in stunning, pristine condition and is simply an outstanding memento of the Vancouver games. The two photos, measuring 8 ½” x 11”, are flawless and are shots of the Vancouver inner harbour and the Olympic flame. Also flawless is the 399-page bilingual Vancouver hardcover commemorative book, and in fact, all items offered remain in outstanding condition. Of the six full tickets mentioned, we have the Feb. 16th, 2010 women’s game between Finland and China (with score handwritten on reverse), plus a ticket for men’s action on Feb. 16th and a pair of tickets for the Feb. 20 men's game between Slovakia and Latvia. We also have a ticket for the luge event on Feb. 17. Two pocket guides to aid volunteers are included, as is a “Vancouver 2010 Job Specific Training Booklet” measuring 9 ½” x 11” and detailing everything a good volunteer should know. There’s also a three-ring binder full of contents with the title “Team 2010 Orientation” (in French) that also includes a training disc. And lastly, two shopping bag-style Olympic bags to complete this absolutely awesome assortment of Olympic goodies.
