Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/17/2014
Hockey icon Jean Beliveau’s coveted 1953-54 Parkhurst rookie card leads this trio, with card #27 free of any real unsightly flaws. A couple of light scuffs on the front, a small light crease in the lower right corner region and a couple of small, barely noticeable stains on the back are to mention, along with the visible corner/edge wear. A rather attractive G-VG card which might make it to VG in the eyes of some. Also included is Beliveau’s second year Parkie, albeit “F”, with scuffs, multiple creases and rounded corners, but with a problem-free back and card #34 from ’58-59. It is also low grade with creases and evidence of pencil writing on the front having been (mostly) erased. A Beliveau hat trick!
